Overview
Advanced prepares you to work like a developer with real production experience. You rebuild the backend with NestJS and clean architecture, secure it, add monitoring, add realtime features, and deploy it with Docker and CI/CD. Because you already built with plain Node.js and Express, you understand what NestJS does for you. In the final project, you plan an original product and use AI tools to build it, and you make and explain every design decision yourself.
Modules and topics covered
1Weeks 1–2: NestJS and Dependency Injection
Dependency injection is how large codebases stay testable. You will meet it in almost every enterprise backend.
2Week 3: SOLID and Clean Architecture
Frameworks change over time. Keeping your business logic separate from the framework makes your code last longer.
3Weeks 4–5: Security, Observability and Data at Scale
Most security problems come from missing basics. Monitoring shows you problems before your users find them.
4Weeks 6–8: Realtime, Performance and a Design System
Realtime apps work differently from normal requests and responses. Speed matters too, because slow apps lose users.
5Weeks 9–10: Deployment and Your Final Project
Automated deployment makes every release safe and repeatable. The final project brings together everything you have learned.
